$ 60,000 CFA (~$110) /Month

10% of monthly rental revenue • Minimum monthly retainer: 60,000 CFA (~$110) • If 10% of revenue is greater than the retainer, owner pays the difference.

Premium Package (Full Co-Hosting)

$ 120,000 CFA (~$200) /Month

• 18% of monthly rental revenue • Minimum monthly retainer: 120,000 CFA (~$200) • If 18% of revenue is greater than the retainer, owner pays the difference.
