Includes: – Tenant sourcing or Airbnb listing setup – Key handover & guest check-in/out – Guest communication during stay – Cleaning coordination (cost paid by owner) – Basic maintenance coordination – Monthly owner updates

Premium Package (Full Co-Hosting)

• 18% of monthly rental revenue • Minimum monthly retainer: 120,000 CFA (~$200) • If 18% of revenue is greater than the retainer, owner pays the difference.

Includes everything in Standard PLUS: – 24/7 guest communication & support – Airbnb calendar & booking management – Review management (maintain 5★) – Cleaning coordination (costs covered by Senterra) – Utility & service management – Professional staging & décor improvements – Detailed monthly reporting with expense tracking
